Placing an order

Payment and order terms

• To open a wholesale account with us, please complete this form and we'll take care of the rest
• There is no minimum spend and carriage is paid on UK orders over £150.
• We kindly ask that first orders are paid prior to shipping, which can be done at checkout by credit/debit card or PayPal. Alternatively, we can send a proforma invoice.
• Subsequent orders can be paid on net 30 terms. However there is the option to pay online using credit/debit card or PayPal.
• All prices exclude VAT.
• Orders are dispatched within 8-10 working days.

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will endeavour to rectify any problems.

We reserve the right to request payment prior to delivery for larger orders.
