When you purchase one of our Happy Thoughts introductory offers, we (CardNest Ltd.) will supply you with a card stand for no additional charge. The stand remains the property of CardNest Ltd.

Provided that you continue to keep the stand stocked with cards from the Happy Thoughts range and continue to offer them for sale, you are free to keep the stand in your possession.

In the event that:

a) we consider that you are no longer selling the Happy Thoughts range or;
b) you contact us to tell us you no longer wish to sell the Happy Thoughts range

we reserve the right to have the stand returned to us at our expense, and you agree to make all reasonable effort to co-operate with our request.
